I had trouble getting the end off the tap & had to get my son to help with a shifter. I previously used a filter jug but the water filter is so much easier, the water is clear, no smells and tastes great.
The EcoPure filter actually works! I’ve tried another brand and it failed from the first glass but this looks good, it’s compact and it actually takes the chlorine smell & taste away! It’s great in a rental - we haven’t had to buy a box of water since getting it.
The installation was a little trickier than expected. I needed a wrench to get the part off my tap and also needed a seperate rubber o ring that wasn’t provided to fit. Luckily my friend is a plumber and helped me out. Very happy with tap filter. We needed one of the supplied attachments to make the connection fit, this reduced the clearance a bit more, but this has not been a big issue. We also needed a spanner to get the original aerator off, again not an issue, but you may need more than just undoing with your fingers. Needed to tighten connections to ensure not leak. Try to encourage everyone in family to move tap by arm of tap, not by filter, as this can loosen connections a bit and cause a small amount of leaking (until retightened). Water flow is excellent through filter and direct, we experienced no discernible loss of pressure either way. Very easy to flick switch to change from filtered to not filtered water and back again. So far we are remembering to not use hot water through the filter. (We fill kettle with cold filtered water.) We bought lots of refills, which are very easy to change, just unscrew to take off old filter, put new filter in (after remove wrapper) and rescrew on, the part of the filter connected to the tap stays connected to the tap the whole time, which is great. We can taste the water is better after filtered. Glad we purchased. Thank you.

I bought Blissful filter about a month ago. I had trouble installing it because I am not the best at reading manual. But Jimmy helped through emails, quick response within seconds! My son and I could really tell the difference, filtered water taste fresh and clean. We love it! Great investment!

I purchased this system a couple of months ago but we weren’t able to install until today. And it has truly exceeded my expectations. It was really REALLY easy and fast to install. We had to buy a new tap as ours is one with a cord and buttons for caked on stuff. But we had a spot where an old tap used to go, so hubby got a new tap and used that spot and voila! Happy days. Not the best photos, but that’s ok. It works, tastes great and we’ll be regular customers from here on in. And I’ll be telling EVERYONE to buy it!

Even on a really old sink you can still find an attachment that works! Really easy - I attached it myself with no problems. Love it and really happy with everything. Will definitely continue use!

It’s very good product. I really like it but the only issue that my tap adapter that I bought it leaks it’s seems like it doesn’t fit well, but other than it’s good. It saves me buying bottled water. Thanks.

I love the filter because the water tastes great but I wasn’t able to fit it with the parts provided. I had to go out to Bunnings to buy a suitable connector which worked really well to begin with but now leaks. The tap is relatively new and the plumbing store doesn’t have anything that will help. Any suggestions please?
