Blissful Home 100-Day Return Policy
At Blissful Home, we believe shopping for your family should be simple and stress-free.
That's why every order is backed by our 100-Day Return Policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 100 days of receiving your order.
Our 100-Day Return Policy is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Tap Compatibility
Our tap filters are designed to fit the vast majority of standard Australian taps and include multiple adapters for easy installation.
However, some tap styles may not be compatible.
If you're unsure whether your tap is suitable, we strongly recommend contacting our team before purchasing. Simply email a photo of your tap to hi@blissfulhome.com.au and we'll be happy to assist.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 100 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, components, manuals, and packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 100 days of receiving your order, subject to the eligibility requirements above.
For approved change-of-mind returns:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Blissful Home cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Sale Items & Promotional Orders
For approved change-of-mind returns, products purchased during sitewide sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, bundle offers, or using discount codes may be eligible for:

Any applicable exclusions will be clearly disclosed on the product page and/or at checkout.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately at hi@blissfulhome.com.au with photographs and details of the issue.
We'll assess the matter promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Any product-specific exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and display the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hi@blissfulhome.com.au.
Your Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
